Ingredients
- 1kg potatoes, low-starch waxy variety
- Salt
Procedure
- Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes or slices (15mm thickness).
- Add a sprinkling of salt and place on a perforated steam oven dish. Cook on shelf level 2 on Steam setting 3 at 99°C, for 35-45 minutes.

Steamed potatoes can be turned into the most delicious meal in next to no time. Just mix with a little pesto, or perhaps pan-fry with bacon and onions until golden, then break in a few eggs and season well with black pepper.
